4 centuries of history for this estate in the southern Luberon. The 25 hectares are carefully vinified using 100% organic and biodynamic Déméter methods. Cuvées include Château Fontvert, an organic rosé made from a blend of grenache noir, mourvèdre and syrah, with powerful aromas of red fruit, white peach and citrus, Mourre Nègre and Restanques white. A house is available for rent, the Nid d'amour, in the heart of this green setting. A visit to the estate is well worth your while, in the heart of the Provence countryside.
