Bistro decor with counter and barrels, and a good number of regulars. The cuisine is tasty, flavorful and traditional. Frédéric Robert (starred chef in 2005-2006 at Fil du Temps in Pernes-les-Fontaines) and Frédéric Martin are in charge of the stoves. Starters include fish rillette with bottarga zest, main courses include poultry lasagne with black truffles, and desserts include Norwegian omelette-style entremets, apricot crumble or the emblematic Barroux fruit. Truffle evenings in season are not to be missed.

Le seul petit mais petit bémol je trouve qu'ils ne changent pas assez souvent leurs menus enfin voilà ce n'est que mon avis personnel après chacun fait ce qu'il veut ????????????
