Bistro decor with counter and barrels, and a good number of regulars. The cuisine is tasty, flavorful and traditional. Frédéric Robert (starred chef in 2005-2006 at Fil du Temps in Pernes-les-Fontaines) and Frédéric Martin are in charge of the stoves. Starters include fish rillette with bottarga zest, main courses include poultry lasagne with black truffles, and desserts include Norwegian omelette-style entremets, apricot crumble or the emblematic Barroux fruit. Truffle evenings in season are not to be missed.
