Tasty and traditional cuisine, concocted by the starred chef Frédéric Robert in Le Barroux.

Bistro decor with counter and barrels, and a good number of regulars. The cuisine is tasty, flavorful and traditional. Frédéric Robert (starred chef in 2005-2006 at Fil du Temps in Pernes-les-Fontaines) and Frédéric Martin are in charge of the stoves. Starters include fish rillette with bottarga zest, main courses include poultry lasagne with black truffles, and desserts include Norwegian omelette-style entremets, apricot crumble or the emblematic Barroux fruit. Truffle evenings in season are not to be missed.

Bon restaurant, cuisine française maison, bonne carte des vins à des prix très raisonnables. Changement de propriétaire. A essayer absolument. Ouvert du mardi au samedi midi et soir.
