CLOS DU JONCUAS
At Clos du Joncuas, the terraced vineyards, nestled in the hills and protected by the Dentelles de Montmirail, benefit from optimum sunshine. Managed organically and according to the lunar calendar, the estate produces A.O.P. Gigondas red and rosé, as well as red Vacqueyras and red and white Séguret. The unique terroir, derived from Triassic soils of cargneous limestone, gypsum and clay, is fully expressed through vinification in cement vats and careful ageing. Tastings at the cellar by appointment, or at local restaurants.
