DOMAINE LES GOUBERT
The oldest part of the buildings of Domaine Les Goubert dates from before 1636, and is one of the first buildings erected outside the ramparts of the medieval village of Gigondas. This family works in several villages and appellations. The winegrower produces a wine as he likes, with character. His Gigondas are in red. The classic cuvée is a wine for laying down which goes well with fragrant meats: lamb, pigeon, game. It is the same with the more harmonious Cuvée Florence, which can be kept just as long: about ten years.
