Restaurant offering good wines and fresh products finely cooked in Carpentras.
Serge has been running this restaurant since 1987, and it's still going strong. He combines fine wines with fresh, finely-cooked produce. The setting is refined, with a pleasant terrace in fine weather, and a fine menu in praise of truffles and wine. All year round, truffles perfume dishes and even desserts. Two truffle menus, winter and summer. All vegetables are organically grown and meats are of French origin. In 2019, a wine bar will open across the street, with slates, tapas and a fine selection of mainly Ventoux wines.
