Gérard Marreau, trained as an oenologist and grandson of winegrowers (4th generation), runs the estate in the family tradition. He manages a 30-hectare vineyard with no fewer than 18 grape varieties. The work remains manual, and chemicals are no longer used. The estate went organic in 2024. It's also a lovely place to visit, as the building features a dovecote that also served as a watchtower during the Wars of Religion. The estate's 17 cuvées include Coutilles vieilles vignes red and Exquise Ventoux rosé.
