A unique name for this restaurant with neat decoration and cuisine. It really does not have anything of a bistro, except perhaps in its origins; the welcome is friendly and the service is fast. You enter a pretty dining room with warm wood panelling and subtle decoration. It is both stylish and comfortable. The chef, Richard Molina, in place here for a few years, offers a tasty cuisine: chicken liver papeton with spice caramel with artichokes pepper sauce with vinaigrette, creamy risotto "Arborio" with shellfish and salpicon, and roasted shrimp with rosemary and for dessert: crunchy madeleine made with chocolate and lavender honey with red fruit soup and caramel for the €28 menu. The fans can rest assured, the house specialty extracted from "the butcher's board": the beef rib for two people (€29) accompanied by its salad and fried apple granulates - is still in good place - as the renowned chocolate cake from elsewhere. The wine list focuses on the region. A beautiful terrace allows you to eat outside in summer. Note that Le Vieux Bistrot also also offers guestrooms.

Bel accueil, terrasse très agréable, les plats sont absolument délicieux, de très bons produits bien assaisonnés et aromatisés. Un très bon équilibre et dosage. Un régal pour les papilles. Nous y avons passé un très agréable moment gustatif. Table à recommander.
