The restaurant reopens in 2025, with Dimitri at the helm. You enter a pretty room with warm wood panelling and subtle decor. It's both chic and comfortable. A lovely terrace lets you eat outside in the summer months, right in the heart of the village. A whole range of cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as a good selection of tapas, are on offer. Le Vieux Bistrot also offers five guest rooms, 2 of which have a terrace. It's a truly magnificent place, just a stone's throw from Gordes.
