Intemporel... the restaurant lives up to its name with a mix of contemporary lighting and ultra-classic furnishings. But everyone agrees on the quality and modernity of the presentation of the plates. The menu is rather short, as the products are worked on for each service. The cuisine is traditional: French beef and Mediterranean fish. Seasonal vegetables are given pride of place in pretty farandoles. The desserts are mouth-watering, featuring Valrhona chocolates.
