From Vienna to Avignon, on both banks of the river, the wealth and the terroirs of Côtes du Rhône, the largest vineyard in France, is open to visitors along the 13 picturesque tourist roads. They are festive, curious, lively and gourmet. They go along the Rhone with its characteristics hill side till the Ardeche Gorges. There, they will take you towards its coral caves, gorges and Bories. Between Provencal and Romanity Drome, nature and history come together. It is then around Dentelles of Montmirail that the hilltop villages will make you discover their wines. You will continue the journey via the road where the appellation originated to end up on the Azur road with Avignon, the capital of Côtes du Rhône.
