A lively place all year round in Avignon, with a city hall, an opera theater, animations

If there is one place in Avignon that is lively all year long, it is this square with the city hall, its renovated opera theater, its animations of all kinds: Christmas market, Côtes-du-Rhône primeur and so many others take place there every year. In addition to the general effervescence, especially during the Festival, there is the magnificent period wooden carousel as well as the numerous cafés and restaurants with terraces, a selection of which you will find in our pages. C'est LA place d'Avignon, la plus animée, à proximité du Palais des Papes.
Bars et restaurants variés, son carrousel, le marché. C'est un peu le coeur de la ville.
Prendre un verre et profiter du soleil sur cette place est très appréciable !
