This 29,044m2 English garden is certainly the most visited and surprising of the city's parks. It's the place to be if you want to escape the crowds while still being in the heart of Avignon. This haven of peace, created in 1863, offers magnificent panoramic views of the old town, monuments and landscapes from the Rhône plain to Mont Ventoux. Children can play in the two play areas. Renovation work scheduled until 2026. Access still possible. Magnificent views from this garden.

Autoriser l'accès aux chiens
Pourquoi les chiens tenus en laisse ne sont t’ils pas autorisés ! Adaptez ce lieu comme aux pays bas pour les chiens avec poubelles et sacs plastiques pour que chacun puisse ramasser les déjections en toute civilité et par respect pour ce très beau site arboré riche d’histoire :-))
