Charming and romantic hotel with lush garden in Avignon.

Delivered by Cardinal de Pellegrue in the 14th century, then Maison de Vervins in the 17th century, Hôtel Pamard in the 18th, this beautiful residence became La Mirande in 1990, a charming, romantic and refined hotel. The Stein family has worked hard to bring this private home back to life, where time seems to have stood still. The living rooms open onto a charming, lush garden. The rooms are inspired by the spirit of the Age of Enlightenment, decorated with care, right down to the wall hangings, re-editions of antique prints. Everything is perfect, right down to Florent Pietravalle's Michelin-starred table.

Comme toujours un véritable plaisir !|Tout y est !! Rien à redire ! Le cadre est magnifique ! C'est un plaisir de se promener dans le jardin ou boire un café dans l'un des salons ! Adresse incontournable quand on visite Avignon. !! Pour ceux qui aiment le Beau, le Raffiné, le luxe à la française, c'est l'adresse qui vous faut ! Aucune faute de goût !

Retour en arrière, 6 petites Années, où je prenais une belle tasse de thé succulent et chaud dans un havre de paix. Mais aujourd’hui c’est infernal, les portes du jardin qui s’ouvrent toutes les deux minutes, j’ai froid, des enfants courent, un brouhaha, des gens, des gens parlent fort… mon thé est tiède. Je suis déçu et personne ne dit rien !
