Gite with terrace with a kitchen equipped with city decoration in Avignon.

The island of Barthelasse is a small paradise near the city. It's cool in summer when the city centre is hot; with the shuttle bus, you're 5 minutes from the ramparts or you can cross the Rhône on foot via the Daladier bridge. Festival-goers love the address of course, but the gîte is also very pleasant in low season. It is located on the first floor of a large country house and from its terrace, you have a view on the garden. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a contemporary urban decoration, a beautiful exposed framework and a swimming pool.

Très bon accueil( couple très sympathique et sans chi-chi); dans un environnement magnifique, un gîte très bien tenu , très propre, belle piscine, et surtout très très calme……surtout en période de festival……
Petit déjeuner ensemble avec les propriétaires le jour de notre départ, très gentil de leur part; bref, un super séjour……
Seule (très) petite chose: la toilette « ouverte » avec la chambre, mais bon, on s’y habitue ………

Gîte très confortable, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. La piscine est top, avec ce qu'il faut d'ombre l'après-midi.
Le cadre est magnifique et très calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.
