Already head of the Michelin-starred Pollen restaurant, chef Mathieu Desmarest officiates in the exceptional setting of a totally revamped former cloister, featuring a bar for a drink, cocktail or tapas before or after dinner, and a restaurant with a contemporary, creative à la carte menu. To complete the picture, the chef organizes four festive evenings during the year. An address also known for its Friday and Saturday DJ nights and piano bar every Tuesday evening. In fine weather, you can enjoy the indoor garden. A warm and welcoming bistronomic restaurant.
