With confit of Monteux pork belly, swordfish a la plancha, cheese and tapas to share, and a variety of desserts, Les Gustaves isn't just for hotel guests. You can come for a business lunch or a group meal. Enjoy a drink at the bar. The Confluence Spectacles venue is next door.
