Restaurant where the chef works with simple products to magnify them with talent, a few steps from the palace in Avignon.

Just a stone's throw from the palace, in the former home of the Camérier des Papes, stands the Maison de Christian Étienne, one of the emblematic figures of regional gastronomy. In 2016, Mr. Étienne retired, and his second-in-command of many years, Guilhem Sevin, took over the reins of excellence, renaming the place Restaurant Sevin. The chef works with simple products, magnifying them with talent. As for the dining room, Corinne is the lady of the house, bringing her feminine touch to the floral decoration - she's a former florist!

Encore une fois, dans cet établissement, sans doute le meilleur d'Avignon, nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Service impeccable, mets originaux et succulents, gentillesse et disponibilité de l'équipe, et ce qui ne gâche rien présence efficace et disponibilité du Chef toujours aussi aimable et dévoué. On ne se lasse pas d'y retourner. Merci encore à cette belle équipe. Sabine, Pierre et petit York Thaïs.
