Restaurant where the chef works with simple products to magnify them with talent, a few steps from the palace in Avignon.

Just a stone's throw from the palace, in the former home of the Camérier des Papes, stands the Maison de Christian Étienne, one of the emblematic figures of regional gastronomy. In 2016, Mr. Étienne retired, and his second-in-command of many years, Guilhem Sevin, took over the reins of excellence, renaming the place Restaurant Sevin. The chef works with simple products, magnifying them with talent. As for the dining room, Corinne is the lady of the house, bringing her feminine touch to the floral decoration - she's a former florist!

J'ai visité ce restaurant à deux reprises, et la deuxième fois, j'y ai emmené mes parents. C'est mon préféré à Avignon. Le service est excellent, et le menu est varié. J'y ai passé d'agréables moments en 2014 et lors de ma visite en 2016.

Cuisine excellente ,inventive et raffinée dans un cadre majestueux avec un service attentif après un accueil sympathique.
Parking du Palais des Papes à côté et hôtels très proches également permettent de profiter sans réserve de la soirée.
