Mediterranean cuisine, fresh local produce, very good food, in the historic center of Avignon.
Joris Tixador and Andréa Rammit took over the restaurant at the end of 2024. Called Le Joat, it welcomes you in a cosy decor. The menu offers lunch and dinner only. Lunch menus change weekly. There's a choice of two starters and two desserts, plus a fish or meat dish. Starters include a cauliflower and coffee tartlet, main course a monkfish with shellfish and dessert a gingerbread-roasted persimmon with lemon sorbet. Refined culinary experiences. A warm welcome. Worth discovering.

不過值得提到的是主菜的法國豬肩胛肉,有豬肉香氣,又嫩又有彈性,搭配蜂蜜醬汁更能提味
相對於其他美味順口的菜色,是讓我們話題不斷的一道菜
