Odile and Emmanuel have developed their "self-service" concept, which is fresh, local, simple and varied in terms of plate content: tuna or mozzarella sandwiches, famous tarts (fourme d'Ambert with walnuts) and delicious crumbles. Vegetarians will be delighted by our savory tarts (zucchini gratin, vegetable lasagne), salads and hot or cold soups, depending on the season. And there's nothing wrong with the desserts, from cakes to homemade tarts like the lemon tart and yoghurts, all of which can be enjoyed in the tearoom.
