The menu transports you to a tasty Italy, from the salumeria to the dolci, through the antipasti and primi piati. The authentic and generous Roman pizzas are cooked in the wood-fired oven. As for the pasta, among all those offered, linguine with clams and bottarga stand out. And, when the dolci arrive, we succumb to the wonders of the new pastry chef Geoffrey Turpin.
