The Laponche family has been in beekeeping since 1925. Today, it is François Laponche, the fourth generation, who is pursuing the beautiful tradition of the beekeeping family. Like its forebears, it practises every year the large transhumance between Roquebrune-sur-Sur, the massif des Maures and Haute-Provence. This natural harvest is then centrifuged in a traditional way and packed in the workshops of the Apiary de la. Honey, more than ten varieties, can be tasted locally or purchased on many markets in the region.
