The vineyard of Jean and Patricia Laponche, producers and harvesters, extends over 30 hectares of sandy-stony soil made up of rhyolite pebbles, on the edge of the Esterel, a terroir that enhances the taste and specificity of the wines. Their wines, in all three colors, are renowned and regularly win medals at the Concours Général de Paris. You can find them in the store. A reception room, the old stone sheepfold, with a 350m2 terrace at the foot of the vineyards, is at your disposal for the organization of your events.

Planted some 15 years ago, Eric and Sandrine Gayol's 2,500 trees are of the ribier, bouteillan, aglandau, cailletier, cayet roux and picholine varieties. Four oils are sold at the estate: an AOC Provence, a fruity green blend, a fruity green single variety of picholine and a fruity ripe single variety of cailletier. The mill is also open to individuals who can leave with their own oil from 200 kg.

The Delmotte family's Domaine de l'Olivette is a young family olive grove of 10 hectares on the banks of the Argens created in 1988, where various single-variety oils, arbequina, cayon, cornicabra, bouteillan, cailletier, picholine and frantoio, are all grown on the farm. Four varieties of olives are used for table olives: lucques and picholine for green olives and cailletier and leccino for black olives. Olive pastes and jams made from the farm's fruit are also available for sale.

The 30 hectares of the estate are located in the foothills of the Maures Mountains, on a promontory overlooking Fréjus and the Argens valley, with soils of gneiss and micaschist. For over 30 years, the Rieder family has produced a wide range of AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines, certified organic since 2012. The grape varieties present (mourvèdre, tibouren, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and rolle) produce wines of high expression and long shelf life. Please note that the domain welcomes weddings (or other events) and organizes parties.

The Laponche family is in the beekeeping since 1925. Today, it is François Laponche, the fourth generation, which continues the beautiful apiarian tradition of the family. Like its forefathers, it practical every year between great transhumances Roquebrune-sur-Argens, the Maures Massif and Haute-Provence. This natural harvest is then centrifuged in a traditional way and casa potted in the workshops of the Apiary of Bouverie.
