Christian Atelin, the chef de cuisine, exerts beautiful regional cuisine inspired by Provence and seafood products: duck magret of season fruits, square of roasted lamb with herbs, ice cream grout grout of red fruits… A map renewed several times a year, to enjoy on the pleasant terrace lined with palm trees.

Un peu déçu
Nous avons eu la curiosité de tester ce restaurant qui vient de changer de propriétaire. Cadre agréable mais vieillot.. Malgré une météo plutôt clémente, le restaurant ne fut que très peu occupé. Nous avons déjeuné en pensant nous régaler après lecture des avis mais la cuisine manque d'originalité, c'est bon mais sans plus. Peu être que le rodage prends plus de temps que prévu. Nous ressayerons.

De passage à Hyères, j’ai mangé au resto Le Ceinturon. L’équipe est très sympa. Une adresse à retenir.

Le cadre reste exceptionnel style belles pensions de famille du bord de mer.
Par contre oublié la bonne cuisine et le service impeccable.
Accueil désagréable, cuisine moyenne, service nul.
Nous rayons définitivement le CEINTURON de notre liste de restaurants chouchous après 20 ans d'amour.
