It owes its name to Roman oil lamps. If it does not date from that time (an act attests to its existence in 1900), the mill at the old Lou Calen belongs to the family of Jean Tavernier for 50 years. It tweak the olives of the region (picholine, ribier, red cayet…) to make it a French olive oil in fruity green and fruity. Oils "taken from sheet": Once pressed, they are placed in settling tanks and the oil is recovered using large flat stoves. It is not packed and keeps its thick texture and texture.
