For three generations, this small family-run estate in the hills above Draguignan has passionately cultivated vines and olive trees. Today, Rémy and Géraldine Rouvier have taken up the torch, making the necessary ecological transition on the estate. The wines and olive oil are now certified organic and High Environmental Value. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care, resulting in fresh, aromatic whites and rosés, and powerful, structured reds.
