A qualified photographer, Bruno Debon realized his dream of becoming an organic farmer ten years ago, and now a winegrower. In front of his house near the Châteaudouble gorges, an orchard of 2,500 apple trees of six varieties thrives, whose produce he sells at nearby markets, as well as a 2-hectare micro-domain of 5-varietal vines. Syrah, Grenache, Vermentino, Roussanne and Macabeu produce highly personal, organic wines made by the author, with no inputs, living juices that are a must-see. A confidential estate.
