You'll find all the cheeses made in Alpilles, as well as those from other regions. On the catering side, it's a farandole of tastes, with a wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts: quiches, veal shank, salmon lasagne, moussaka and many other equally appetizing dishes. Last but not least, there's nothing like a glass of Gallo-Romain wine to accompany a taste of Alpilles goat's cheese!
