Florent Rueda breeds 150 saanen goats, Swiss goats whose mild, slightly sweet milk gives special flavors to the cheeses made and matured on site by his mother, Marie-Paule. These include dry, semi-dry and whole-milk brousse, as well as specialities such as St Rémois, a fresh lactic, and Alpicrème, a flowery crouté. These cheeses are on sale on the premises, and can be found at the finest restaurants in the region, including Château d'Estoublon.

Fresh milk, just out of the cow's udder... No, we are not in Savoie, but in Saint-Rémy, a few kilometres from the centre in the direction of Maillane. At Mélanie Roumanille's farm, coming with her empty bottle to attend the 6pm milking has become a ritual for many Saint-Rémois. Just like in the old days! An opportunity to admire the Tarines (Savoyard cows), but also to leave with cheese, faisselles, yoghurts and ice cream. Moreover, everything is organic! And a big plus for the kindness and welcome of the owners.

This delicious grocery store has been enriched for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds with the arrival of a new caterer and a cheese shop. You will find all the cheeses "made in Alpilles" as well as those of other regions. As for the catering, it is a farandole of tastes, a large choice of starters, dishes and desserts: quiches, veal shank, salmon lasagna, moussaka and other dishes just as appetizing. Finally, there is nothing like a Gallo-Roman wine to taste a goat cheese from the Alpilles!
