The whole team offers you a wide choice of breads made from very pure flours, from which all the fibres that are harmful to the body have been removed. Each product is obtained after a millimetric cooking which gives it all its gustatory characteristics. Here you can eat without moderation.

The Maison Gaillardet is above all a family history, a history of taste for good products. Their cult creation, the tasty Troprovençale! A brioche with orange blossom, topped with vanilla mousseline cream and sprinkled with sugar snow. To our delight, they offer different versions of this tasty brioche: chocolate, praline, chestnut cream, pistachio, lemon, strawberry or raspberry.
