It is a very beautiful cellar, located in a place full of history. Château Romanin produces a wine of character unanimously acclaimed, in white, red and rosé. But, in addition to the product, the discovery of the place is also worth it. You can feel the passion of the staff and their enthusiasm is felt throughout the visit. Of course, tastings and explanations are on the program and the store, perfectly staged, is at your disposal to make your purchases. Last but not least, the wine is raised in biodynamic culture.

Located in a beautiful setting at the foot of Alpilles, Domaine des Terres Blanches has been cultivated in organic farming since its creation. Ask for some explanations at the estate (5-minute drive from the centre of Saint-Rémy towards Eygalières). And then, since you are there, you will be tempted by a free tasting within the brandnew wine shop where Isabelle and Jennifer wait for you. A vault with fancy decoration where noble materials mix together: wood, metal... You will also find on the spot a selection of local products. On arrival of these waymarked walks (which lasts approximately one hour), the natural vine culture and the vinification methods will no longer be a secret to you.

It produces one of the most interesting organic wines in the Alpilles PGI. At the Domaine de Lagoy, established as a marquisate at the beginning of the 18th century and controlled by a castle classified as a historical monument, the descendants of the Meyran family, who have owned the property for nearly 340 years, run an 18-hectare vineyard planted in 1976, which has been converted to organic farming since 2001. In the cellars of the estate, red, rosé and white wines are produced and sold for export, but also in the store located on the Boulevard Marceau, in downtown Saint-Rémy.

Domaine Guilbert is the story of the smallest estate in the appellation, with 6 hectares of vines planted around a Provencal farmhouse and cultivated organically. In 2007, Guy and Nathalie left their city, their job and their habits to put all their energy into a project: to do everything with their hands on the estate. After two years of apprenticeship, the roles were naturally distributed: Guy is in the vineyards and in the cellar; Nathalie speaks about the wine, markets it and has created its image and reputation.

The wines are excellent, in red, rosé and white, and this is what you expect when you go to a winery. In addition, the welcome is perfect and the staff really pleasant. But what also characterizes the wines of this domain is the philosophy that presides over their elaboration, in total harmony with nature. They are organic wines, both in the assembly, without adding sulphur, and in the cultivation of the vines which are worked taking into account many parameters, including the lunar cycles. A very nice taste experience.
