Un tel accueil est devenu si rare que je tiens à souligner cette belle exception. Ce fut une expérience vraiment mémorable, et je tiens à remercier encore une fois Yaya pour sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme.
Pour le petit déjeuner : café très médiocre et omelette industrielle.
Bref compte tenu du tarif hôtel à éviter.
Par contre très déçu car nous avions précisé lors de notre réservation que nous voulions régler avec nos chèques vacances. La personne nous a demandé de faire une empreinte de CB ce que nous avons fait.
À notre arrivée, notre chambre n’étant pas disponible nous avons demandé à la personne de la réception de régler. Cette dernière nous a dit que cela serait fait à la prise de la chambre.
Mais cela n’a pas été respecté puisqu’il a débité notre CB et surtout n’a pas attendu notre présence.
C’est intolérable !
Et on ne parle pas du sourire car inexistant…
Un mail à été fait à la société d’Ibis nous attendons un retour de leur part
