Created in 2016, this festival takes place every year at the end of May, as if to festively celebrate the return of fine weather. It takes place at the Friche Belle-de-Mai, an inspiring hybrid cultural venue. Košice 2013, European Capital of culture, presents an overview of the Slovak culture with concerts - Pacora Trio & Bashavel, a culinary show, the screening of a Slovak documentary film, paper têtes , in the presence of the manager Dušan Hanák and the franco-swiss Slovak philosopher Miroslav Marcelli. A show of contemporary dance offered by Studio Théâtre Banská Bystrica is also introduced, as well as a theatrical creation. The prestigious travelling biennial of contemporary art is packing its bags for a few months in Marseille for its 13th edition. Created in the early 1990s by a Dutch art historian, this biennial event takes place in different European cities.
