An authentic Provencal cuisine, refined and fresh, to be enjoyed in a pleasant restaurant with a patio in Maillane.

The small village of Maillane is not only known as the home of Mistral, but also as the home of a very fine restaurant: the Oustalet maianen. This institution has been taken over by Thomas, who was kitchen manager and succeeded Christian Garino. The DNA is the same, with products sourced from local producers in Maillane for divine Provencal and Mediterranean cuisine that's refined, fresh and original. The signature dish: confit bull fillet and tail with reduced jus and seasonal garnish; a sure bet.

J'ai découvert ce maître-restaurateur aujourd'hui et je dois dire que c'est du haut vol ! Tous les mets étaient délicieux ???? ???? cuisine soignée, service discret et rapport qualité prix imbattable . Ça change des restaurants qui vous servent du surgelé accompagné d'une note salée !
Je reviendrai pour goutter aux autres plats !
