Here's an institution taken over by Thomas and Justin to our great delight. Continuity, since Thomas was in charge of the kitchen and took over from Christian Garino. The DNA is the same, with local producers from Maillane. Provencal and Mediterranean cuisine with finesse and flavor. Their signature dishes: fillet and tail of bull confit with reduced jus, accompanied by a seasonal garnish, or the carpaccio of rock octopus, a delight!
