Since 1923, the Venturini family has been promoting the art of pastry-making in Grasse. Their specialty? The unmistakable orange blossom fougassette, a true local emblem. Faithful to traditional craftsmanship, they perpetuate a unique savoir-faire through a range of delicacies: lemon scalds, nougats, sugared almonds, pumpkin tarts, brigidinis, aniseed cookies and chocolates. MiamMiam super bon que ce soit les fougassette, les fruitsz confits ou les pates de fruits un vrai régal et en plus un accueil, une bonne humeur dommage que cet artisan ne soit pas sur Chartres car sa minuscule boutique vous donne envie de tout acheter
a real Grassoise speciality, a true delight. If you do not know the fougassette, the morning enjoy your fougassette and you will understand why you come from far looking for them.
People come from afar to enjoy the " famous fougassettes; Venturini". A delight!
