Since 1923, Galiléo Venturini and his descendants, Thierry and Cyril Mauro, have made their patisserie a Grasse institution. Their specialty, the orange blossom fougassette, is a local staple. From generation to generation, the artisan tradition lives on, offering lemon scalds, nougats, sugared almonds, pumpkin tarts, brigidinis, aniseed cookies and chocolates. With each bite, a journey through the history of Provençal pastry, where flavors intermingle to the delight of gourmets.

MiamMiam super bon que ce soit les fougassette, les fruitsz confits ou les pates de fruits un vrai régal et en plus un accueil, une bonne humeur dommage que cet artisan ne soit pas sur Chartres car sa minuscule boutique vous donne envie de tout acheter
a real Grassoise speciality, a true delight. If you do not know the fougassette, the morning enjoy your fougassette and you will understand why you come from far looking for them.
People come from afar to enjoy the " famous fougassettes; Venturini". A delight!
