Since 1923, Galiléo Venturini and his descendants, Thierry and Cyril Mauro, have made their patisserie a Grasse institution. Their specialty, the orange blossom fougassette, is a local staple. Nicolas and Barbara de Choudens created this bastide to showcase the specialties of Provence, with high-quality products from around a hundred local artisans. On nearly 100 m², you'll find the best of Provencal gastronomy, from olive oils and honeys to wines, chutneys and mustards, as well as fresh produce and handcrafted olive wood items to fill your basket. The Espace also offers introductory workshops in Provençal cuisine, but these must be booked in advance.
