BAR LE DRAPEAU

The Drapeau terrace, facing the square of the same name, is the nicest in the whole of Parthenay. At certain times of the day, it's impossible to get a seat, but when there's a seat available, it's a promise of a good time. Le Drapeau has had the good idea of offering a lunchtime menu featuring daily specials, grilled meats and a variety of well-crafted salads. In the evening, the pace quickens and the draught beer flows freely.
