This emblematic venue for Royal nights is back! After two years of closure, La Réserve once again welcomes all those who want to treat themselves to a moment on Vallières beach. Thomas Brossard set himself the unique challenge of creating a structure that could be dismantled in winter. And he succeeded! The wood-framed dining room retains familiar decorative elements, such as the multicolored chairs. The kitchen is still Tex Mex-inspired, with a wide choice at affordable prices. La Réserve is an ideal spot for summer evenings.
