From the road that leads to the valley of Ossau, you arrive at the Rescue Baths. Here you will find an establishment based around the thermal water which offers personalised treatments, traditional massages based on techniques inspired around the world, foot reflexology… The site is old, the original building dates back to 1866, but has been completely modernized, with a spacious hammam on the background of red walls, comfortable armchairs in the relax area, contemporary chandeliers in the form of drops… Although the site has been renovated, there are still individual cabins with marble tubs, in stone of Arudy, surmounted by fresco mosaics of colors, magnificent preserved living of another era. Ferrugineuse water retains unique powers that will be explained to you by Anne-Marie. There are many possibilities for access to the treatments on time, day and even a week with bed and breakfast accommodation, spa and massages included. And if all of this has opened your appetite, a restaurant is also on site to make your stay enjoyable and without constraint.

Mon mari m'avait offert un programme détente complète pour mon anniversaire et j'e n'ai pas été déçue.
Les thermes datent de l’époque de Napoléon III, où il y avait eu un engouement pour les cures dans les Pyrénées. Rassurez vous l'endroit a été rénové mais en gardant son caractère. Les baignoires sont en marbre d Arudy, carrière toute proche. Petite structure intimiste, ce n'est pas l'usine.
Le massage qui allie les techniques ayurvédiques et chinoises est prodigué par un personnel compétant et sympathique pendant une heure suivi par un bain chaud avec tisane et musique relaxante pendant une demi heure. un moment très agréable et efficace.
