A beautiful address that must be earned: once you arrive at the Lizarrieta Pass, by a narrow and winding road, it's a show, with a breathtaking view of the Basque mountains and a very good time around a gourmet meal or a snack break. You will discover a "sincere" cuisine, paying homage to local producers and respecting seasonality: try the fish rillettes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the marinated Manex ribs with cowboy sauce, the fruits with verbena syrup from the garden... More like coming back from a hike! Welcome and service at the top.

Open from March to December. Open 7/7 for lunch in July/August and Friday/Saturday evenings, otherwise closed on Tuesday and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in winter. Reservation recommended. Count 30/35 € à la carte (E/P/D). Children's menu: 10 €. Groups welcome. Garden. Terrace. Take away sale. Breakfast Brunch in summer. Bar and nibbles in the afternoon. Also 5 guest rooms.

Très belle découverte!
Nous y avons passé un week-end exceptionnel. Idéalement située, cette magnifique maison typique est parfaite pour un dépaysement total. Nous avons pu observer avec joie les oiseaux migrateurs ainsi que les moutons et chevaux en liberté lors de nos promenades mais aussi les levers de soleil sur les montagnes.
Tant le petit déjeuner que le déjeuner et le plateau repas du soir sont excellents!
Toute l'équipe est sourillante et aux petits soins.
