A beautiful address that must be earned: once you arrive at the Lizarrieta Pass, by a narrow and winding road, it's a show, with a breathtaking view of the Basque mountains and a very good time around a gourmet meal or a snack break. You will discover a "sincere" cuisine, paying homage to local producers and respecting seasonality: try the fish rillettes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the marinated Manex ribs with cowboy sauce, the fruits with verbena syrup from the garden... More like coming back from a hike! Welcome and service at the top.

Un service pro et tres accueillant. Une carte originale et des plats délicieux. Des produits de qualité presque tous bio et locaux. Quelle belle découverte! La terrasse est tres agréable tout comme les salles intérieures. J’ai hâte d’y revenir

Un service de qualité de A a Z. Je viens chaque année et c'est toujours succulent, sublime, féerique ! Les paysages sont à couper le souffle, et après le restaurant on peut facilement découvrir la migration des oiseaux de passage grâce aux bénévoles de C-PAL. En un mot : Perfection
