At an altitude of 169 metres, between Ascain and Sare, in the sumptuous setting of an exuberant natural environment, and just 2 steps from the Rhune train station, you'll be warmly welcomed by Karine, Gérard - in the kitchen and in the background - who has mastered his subject, savoury as well as sweet! Fresh produce, fish and meat, freshly-picked vegetables from the garden, all homemade to enchant your dishes. Saint-Ignace salad, Baïgorry trout with Bayonne ham, etc. Generous seasonal dishes for gourmets before or after a climb up La Rhune...

No podría recomendar un sitio mejor para descansar y disfrutar de una comida tras una excursión. El sitio es agradable, con unos jardines estupendos para que disfruten los niños. Comida buena y platos abundantes. El trato y atención del equipo que lo lleva excepcional: alegres, serviciales, atentos con los comensales y los niños y muy muy agradables. Hacen que te sientas como en casa y que marches pensando en volver a repetir la experiencia.
