A visit to the farm allows visitors to discover how milk is processed and how Ossau-Iraty PDO cheese is matured
Dare to take an authentic step between a visit to the farm, where you'll see free-range Kintoa PDO Basque pigs, Manech red-headed ewes, milk processing and PDO Ossau-Iraty cheese maturing, and a tasting of cheeses, cured meats and Kintoa ham. Visits and tastings are available in the farm store, which also welcomes motorhomes for draining, topping up water and electrical hook-ups. The tour, tasting and reception area come full circle, with a year-round tourist stopover.
