Their Blonde d'Aquitaine cows and pigs are raised in the open air, making the flavors all the more enjoyable and authentic. In all 4 boutiques, you'll always find the same high quality. Bayonne and Garazi hams, sausages, pâtés, rillettes, chorizo, ham piperade and delicious ready-made meals.

The Gastellou family
Located in the heart of the Basque Country, near the village of ST-JEAN-PIED-DE-PORT, the farm "POUTZIA" has been run by father and son for several generations.
In 1966, Pierre Gastellou took over the farm, working mainly in the breeding of beef cows with the "Blonde d'Aquitaine" breed. 5 years later he opened his first point of sale in ST-JEAN-PIED-DE-PORT under the name of "BOUCHERIE CHARCUTERIE BASQUAISE", thus being able to market directly the products of his farm. Since then, the company, which has 4 stores and a small canning factory, has been taken over by his sons Alain and J-Pierre GASTELLOU.
Today, the "MAISON GASTELLOU" is taking another step forward by offering you its artisanal specialties in its online store.
