Les Halles de Saint-Jean-de-Luz is the lungs of the town. The real gastronomic hive is at dawn, when a ballet of deliverymen, market gardeners, fishmongers, butchers, creameries, wine merchants, bakers and others, bustle about to present the very best. This mini "Rungis" has been an institution since 1884, and has successfully adapted to the latest fashions. It's a permanent daily showcase of fresh produce, with over 35 professional stands selling vegetables, fruit, seafood, hams, local cheeses and Basque cakes.

Brilliant! , although these halls were rebuilt everything seems intact. Everything seems natural on the level of products, the decor is sublime, you want… all to buy. Very olfactory and visual good time (I recommend you to go to the fish shop part)
