The Haugarot domain is young and its energetic vine-grower is almost so! Taken back by Jean-Pierre Prohoram in 2004, it is an independent operation that began to transform its 2 hectares of vines in 2004, with a production of Petit Manseng and a "André Jean". Today with four new vintages from the 6 hectares of which 30% are reserved for the production of dry jurancon and the rest to that of the moelleux jurancon, one can say that Jean-Pierre has successfully met his challenge! The area is now flourishing and is based on products derived from organic farming. here we work from the lunar calendar to respect the biodynamisme while using contemporary processes. All wines are vinified in AOC "Jurancon", sweet freshness to meet. The Cuvée Cuvée is a good example, with its exotic notes of sweet fruit but we love the "Sonqué your tù" which means in Béarnais "nothing only for you", with flavours of caramel and dry apricot. To discover them, do not hesitate to visit the chai and why not the estate, from the work of the vine to tasting, everything is exciting!
