ACP, Friends of Popular Song, is a name that speaks volumes about the projects of this cultural association whose slogan is "turn off the TV, exit!" ". Composed of volunteers and two permanent people, she organizes concerts throughout the year inviting groups to diverse musical sensitivities: French song first, but also jazz, rock, alternative rock, rap, raï, music of the world… Its cultural season that runs from May to October is very expected, synonymous with discovering emerging artists and confirmed groups. It is also responsible for new local initiatives, including the setting up of concerts in prison, festivals, assistance to party committees. It also carries the festival "Summer in Pau" which organizes, for four weeks, 18 concerts from mid-July.
