Souhaitant passer un weekend à Pau j'ai réservé sur le site Booking,une chambre avec place de parking, le jour de ma venue le samedi 06/04/24 à 15h00, la réceptionniste m'indique que l'annonce sur le site de Booking est mensongère.
À qui la faute ? Est ce que c'est la faute du gérant ? Ou la faute de Booking ?
Je pense que c'est la faute du gérant car il doit signaler les erreurs à Booking.
Si vous voulez passer un agréable weekend à PAU éviter cet hôtel car il laisse volontairement des annonces mensongères sur les sites de réservation pour attirer les clients.
