Les Papilles Insolites is first and foremost a wine cellar and restaurant. Created by Jean-Pascal Révol, a sommelier by trade, this is a place for tasting. The menu changes regularly with the seasons, and always offers dishes that combine flavors with fresh market produce. The house aims to showcase the wines of small producers in an original setting that features many antique objects linked to wine-making (blue glass siphons, retro counter...). The wine cellar has over 500 takeaway references and 80 spirits references. A perfect match for a meal that promises to be both surprising and pleasurable.
